Training offered at this conference may be used to meet the requirements for renewing the Certified in Volunteer Administration (CVA) credential. One Professional Development Unit (PDU) is awarded for each 50-60 minute session or contact hour in topics related to volunteer resources management. Boise State University has approved Serve Idaho to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for conference sessions attended. Participants can earn up to 1.5 CEUs over the course of the two days. The registration fee is an additional $15 on top of the conference registration fee. For information about registering for CEUs at the conference, please e-mail us at email@example.com. On Tuesday February 12, 2013, conference attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of service projects throughout Boise. For those individuals interested in participating in service projects, you will need choose service project during the registration process and check-in on day one of conference to make your service project selection. Please note that projects fill quickly, so arrive early to select your project.
This year's service projects include:
- Project Linus –– Get Creative! Volunteers will be helping to make fleece blankets, cards for the kids who will receive the blankets and miscellaneous other items to help Project Linus carry out their mission.
- St. Luke's Hospital (Service Learning)- Volunteers will make colorful worry dolls for kids at St. Luke's Hospital.

Over 230 people attended the 12th annual Serve Idaho Conference held in Post Falls, Idaho. Attendees gathered together to participated in service projects and heard dynamic speakers during this three day conference on community service and volunteerism.

Serve Idaho hosted this year's conference March 9-11 at the Boise Hotel and Convention Center. Over 250 attendees had the opportunity to learn from regional and national experts, attend the Celebration of Service dinner and participate in a service project.
