Encouraging volunteerism and community service.
Caring for the terminally ill is a labor of love that requires a special person with just the right touch. If you have a passion for helping others, consider becoming a hospice volunteer. You can make a profound difference in the lives of patients and their loved ones. We welcome volunteers from all walks of life. Whether you contribute your time and talents directly with patients or prefer to work behind the scenes, we invite you to become a member of a dedicated group of compassionate caregivers who serve as vital members of our hospice team.

Benefit yourself by being active…. Benefit others with your service.
Help veterans have a high quality of life by providing their family or caregivers with a weekly break from their duties.
In this roll you will provide 10-12 hours of companionship per week to a Vet, giving their caregiver a break. Complete orientation and ongoing training are provided to ensure success.
Benefits of the program include receiving a monthly living allowance of $167 and an educational award of over $1400 (volunteers age 55+ may gift their education award to a child or grandchild).
